How we Started and Staff Introductions
Hello, it's me Dylan(redted44), I created this server known as Novacraft and we officially went online, June 17th, 2011. We ran until life required more energy than I had to offer. But we are back!
⏳Time flies...⌛
Originally, nine years ago, 14 year old me decided to make a Minecraft server hosted from my house. I had played the first server I joined with my friend(s) and ultimately stuck around becoming moderator and then admin. By the time the owner ghosted I had been made the Co-Owner but I did not have access to the hosting account that the owner was using so I had made Novacraft during a 3 week period of Naturecraft downtime. Feel free to ask about the server in game, we all have very fond memories together from those times. Most people in the friends group on the discord will know.
😨Surpise is the essence of growth🌱
I went through a hefty medical diagnoses along with college and my job and eventually I needed to focus on myself. Now we are back with 3 owners, a dedicated machine with over 24GB of ram. We use scripts to prevent the server from crashing, it will always automatically restart so no worries. Also, with the in-house hosting solution we have the least about of overhead possible so when you donate your donations will go directly toward development and the unlimited expansion potential that our abundance of resources offers.

Soon, we will have other game servers beyond Minecraft like Garry's mod but we will always make sure to keep ahold of that tight knit community feel that we originated from in Minecraft. Come on in and enjoy our PVP world with factions, our Creative World with unlimited building potential, our Minigames World with HOURS of compacted fun paid plugins, and out PVE world so it always has the feel of the original Novacraft for decades of roleplay, exploration, and community development. Last but not least, a CROSS-WORLD ECONOMY to synchronize everything together.
